This was a fascinating device. The "Vec" in its name stands for vector in that it had a vector display as opposed to one using pixels. Think of it like an oscilloscope in XY mode. Pretty unique, and perhaps as such, a commercial failure. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vectrex
