Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer konnten dabei Einblick in Themen wie CNA (Client Needs Analysis), Condition Monitoring und Wälzlager-Montage bzw. -Demontage erhalten. Und natürlich wurde Expertenwissen ausgetauscht und wertvoller Erfahrungsschatz rund um die Wälzlagertechnologie geteilt. The bread baking industry relies on several stages in their production. One of the most critical area is the yeasting section.  🍞 In the fermentation process the bread rests on a slow conveyor belt that can easily be affected by system breakdowns due to its humid environment. That’s when our deep groove ball bearings comes in handy. Lubricated with Solid Oil the new bearings made the conveyor belts run smoothly in over 80 percent humidity, with zero unplanned stoppages.  #SKF

🌈✨SKF Singapore proudly participated in the Care Bear Walk on 27th April 2024 and it was absolutely fun-tastic! Families and friends were at the heart of this event. Our staff brought their loved ones along to explore the scenic Punggol Waterway Park, with unsuspecting monitor lizard welcoming the crowd. It was a perfect opportunity to bond, while caring for both the planet and people as each ticket contributes to the plant-a-tree initiative. While our walk symbolized a significant milestone in our April activities for Earth Day, our journey towards environmental care continues. Organized a CRS activity and give away play equipment, playground, scholarship patronage and sportwear to the student at Ban Pa Ruak School (Kururatsongkroh) Chiang Rai Province, with Mr. Tawiwat Reongpunyaroj, Managing Director leading the event. After that, SKF took customers to visit a beautiful architecture at “Wat Rong Khun (White Temple)” that was created by Master Chalermchai Kositpipat, who created the design of this Buddhist art to be so beautiful that it became the talk of the world. It is considered the most valuable cultural heritage of the Thai nation. After that, we departed for our second destination, Singha Park Chiang Rai, the largest eco-tourism destination in Thailand. With an area of over 8,000 rai, add more happiness and fun by playing various games in Singha Park. Before having a special dinner and followed by game and activity to win prizes for “Best Dress Northern Costume” contests. The night end with live music that brought laughter and smiles from every customer. SKF will continue to organize activities to deliver happiness and continue to build great relationships with our customer group. Our first quarter performance was another example of our increased resilience and competitiveness. We delivered a strong adjusted operating margin (13.4%), which was higher than in the same quarter last year, despite soft market conditions. 🌴 SKF Singapore kicked off April with a green bang and the experience was inspiring! Our team dived into a farm exploration tour & microgreen workshop soaking every moment with enthusiasm & curiosity. 🌾 The farm tour allowed us to witness the dedication that goes into sustainable farming helping us gain valuable insights about food security, resilience, biodiversity, indoor vs controlled environment agriculture and soil health. 🌱 We got our hands dirty (literally!), in the microgreen workshop where we learnt not only how to grow organic microgreens at home or in office but also appreciate how they can add flavor and nutrition to dishes to improve our culinary experience. 👩🌾 We are proud of our team for embracing a learning opportunity outside office, bonding over nature, fostering deeper connections to the world around us and most importantly, we had fun harvesting our microgreens.
